Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

After order processing (within 72 hours), worldwide shipping times are usually from 5-10 business days for North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia, and 10-20 business days for most other locations. A tracking number is provided with EVERY order.

Delivery times may be affected by location, local customs clearance, public holidays, inclement weather and local postal services.

Note: There are delivery delays in rare instances where packages may take longer to be delivered than the listed time frame. Unfortunately, it is usually out of our control. Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please feel free to reach out to us for support. We would gladly work with you to ensure your satisfaction. In keeping with our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint, we seek to avoid the wastage and emissions usually involved with returns by adopting a Refund approach instead. Efforts are underway to assess green return options like Returnly, and once selected, this policy will be updated in the future.
